  • Q: Are there more than one size?
    A: No. All items are One size fits all. They all can be adjusted to one’s desire.
  • Q: Do you take rush orders?
    A: A rush can sometimes be accommodated, but not always. Contact me with your specific request before ordering. Rush fees may apply.
  • Q: Do you accept any other form of payments?
    A: Yes I do. I accept Venmo and Cash App. Items will be sent out once the funds are cleared in my account.
  • Q: Do you charge shipping?
    FREE USPS Priority shipping within the United States! Internaional Shipping costs are caluclated as part of the checkout process and vary depending upon carrier and destination.
  • Q: Why do you ship with signature confirmation?
    A: All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure safe delivery of your customized jewelry and to help us track a package should we need to locate its whereabouts.
  • Q: What if I received my item damaged?
    A: Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll sort it out together. You are responsible for any and all return shipping charges.
  • Q: I am interested in a piece that is no longer in stock. Can you recreate it?
    A: I use findings that are in limited quantity. However, usually a satisfactory substitution can be made. Please contact me to find out if it can be done.
  • Q: I love this piece, but need it in different color scheme. Can you create one to match with my wedding colors?"
    A: Of course! Please contact me with the link to the piece you are interested in, as well as detailed descriptions and images you want, and I will be more than pleased to work with you to match your wedding designs and colors. Pricing and time will vary
  • Q: Do you make everything by hand? By yourself?
    A: Oh yes! Each piece is handmade, unique, one of a kind, and definitely made with love.
