Grace De Bloom art pieces are MADE-TO-ORDER and shipped in 2-3 weeks after order is placed.

The actual international shipping time varies from country to country, but it may take somewhere from 3 - 18 business days to arrive.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that ordering an accessory for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and my cancellation policy was created with this in mind. After placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

Orders cancelled ONLY within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders can no longer be cancelled after 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the most importance to me.

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and I am not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.

Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses, and the validity of all claims will be decided by Grace De Bloom.

Shipping Cost

Domestic Shipping

FREE USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 days shipping with a tracking number and signature confirmation.

USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail, 1-2 day guaranteed shipping can be an option but paid for by the customer.

FedEx or UPS can be requested for any order but paid for by the customer.

International Shipping

USPS Priority Mail International with a tracking number and signature confirmation.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery; time in transit depends on country location.

Many countries have customs fees, VAT taxes, tariffs, excises, and other government fees; these are paid for by the customers if they are charged. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery.

International FedEx or UPS can be requested for any order.

Important Shipping Note

USPS will only attempt a signature confirmation one time, and then the package will be held at the nearest Post Office for pick-up. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to sign for and receive your package. If you work all day and have a package shipped to your home, you will have to make arrangements to be home to receive it that day. Consider shipping to your work address, so you can be there to sign for it. Or ship to a friend or family member who is available during the day to sign. Or if you know you won’t be at home for sure, you could call the office and just have them intercept and hold the package at your nearest Post Office for pick-up. Have your ID card present with you at the Post Office during pick-up.
